Pastures
The pastures are completely secured by Australian fences, which are both highly visible and safe. Their design makes them particularly suitable for training foals, who can easily learn to respect boundaries without risk of injury.
Each pasture is equipped with a roofed and strawed shelter, containing one or two balls of hay (depending on the number of horses) andspring water . They are monitored daily, all year round without any time constraints.
The naturally rolling grasslands offer excellent light exercise and a ample space, allowing horses, even older ones, to remain in shape, while evolving in a perfectly safe environment.
In order to prevent overgrazing, the pastures are harrowed and mulched at each change, which means that deworming is required less often. They have high-quality hay andgrass all year round, even in winter. Special care is taken to respect living space by changing pasturesonce a year with at least 2 hectares per horses
The woods on the property offer shaded areas ideal for the well-being of horses. These cool spaces allow them to rest protected from the sun during hot weather, while maintaining a natural environment allowing well being.
The stable
The stable consists of six spacious boxes, designed to offer comfort and a safety for each horse. Each stall has a good ventilation, a well-drained floorand a daily maintained litter . The layout promotes the calm and the well beingof the horses, while allowing for aoptimal monitoring , whether they are resting, recovering, or in working boarding.
Adjacent to the stable, a covered treatment room, a secondary tackroom equipped with a pharmacy, sink and a washing machine, as well as a outdoor shower for the daily care of horses and the maintenance of equipment.
It has a comfortable housing and a dedicated tackroom for the owners.
The stable also includes its grainary : The barley is flattened there before each meal and the pellets are stored there along with the specific rations for each horse.
- We provide direct access and a safe environment Meadows, are convertible into modular paddocks as desired, this allows broodmares with foals to be taken out without any risk, as well as horses in convalescence.
Workspaces
The facilities have been designed to accommodate horses and ponies of all ages, in all seasons, and in all conditions.The land stays practicable even in wet weather, without muddy areas.
Theround pen installed directly in the field, remains usable even after heavy rainfall. This configuration naturally promotes the focus of the horse, while allowing it to maintain visual contact with its herd mates, which calm the foal and the sensitives horses.
The indoor riding arena, measures 15 x 32 meters, it has electric lighting, which allows for confortable work all year round, including in the evening or in bad weather.
Finally, nestled in the heart of one of the estate's woods, a clearing was specially fitted out for field work, it allows us to practice cross countryandjumping, as well as dressageand even trail in a quiet environment.
The trails
Depending on your preferences, the estate offers a wide variety of routes for your horse rides: trails shaded in the forest, edges of open grasslands on the horizon, or a refreshing walk through a accessible pond to the riders.
